How do I know that my order is confirmed and when will it be delivered?

After receiving the payment, you will receive an email that will notify you when it is confirmed (for credit cards this confirmation is automatic, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, this transaction must be validated). After this confirmation, your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, unless we are out of stock.

How is the order delivered?

The delivery of the order is made at the address that you indicated, by the carrier with whom we work.

Alternatively, the order can be delivered at the time of a veterinary consultation at home. For that you need to indicate it at the time of check out using the code DMC.

What payment methods do you have available?

Payments can be made by credit card, MBWay (910 578 977) or by bank transfer, using IBAN (PT50 0023 0000 45461491685 94). To facilitate the tracking of the payment, you can indicate in the description of the same "Order and the name used for the log in".

I placed an order in the online store and I also made an appointment for a consultation at home, how is the delivery of the products made?

In this situation, if desired, the delivery of the products can be done at the time of the consultation without any extra shipment fees. In this case, when you check out do not forget to use the DMC code.

How long does it take to deliver the products?

The delivery of the products will take within 1 to 3 business days, after the order is placed and confirmation of your payment. If we run out of stock or the suppliers, we will contact you to warn you of the new arrival date of the products. In this case if you wish to change or cancel the order, you will be free to do it, at no additional cost.

How can I make the appointment for a veterinary consultation at home?

In the site pages of the consultations there is also a "Make an Appointment" button that automatically redirects you for sending us an e-mail.

I have more than one animal, how is the consultation charged?

The veterinary consultation is specific to each animal, so at the time of the consultation each animal will have his individual evaluation and follow-up. Therefore will be charged the value of the consultation for each animal evaluated. If there is the case that a travel fee is charged, it will only be charged once, independently of the number of animals evaluated.

Why are the consultations values not exposed? How can I know them?

For a matter of respect and compliance with the ethics code of veterinarians, the value of consultations and any medical act, can not be exposed online. For this reason, if you wish to know the value of the consultation and any other exam, please contact us.

How do I know how much will I pay for the consultation and other procedures?

When making the appointment you will be given the value of it, as well as any other procedure or product you request.

How and when do I pay for the consultation?

The payment of the consultation is done at it’s conclusion. It can be done in cash, bank transfer or MBWay. The invoice-receipt will be posted after payment and sent to the email that you have provided.
